What your review covers

Your whole benefits picture, in one clear session

Most federal employees have their retirement information scattered across portals, statements, and paperwork. We bring it together and show you exactly where you stand.

FERS pension review

Understand your pension calculation, your earliest unreduced retirement date, and the FERS supplement you may qualify for.

TSP strategy

Review your fund allocation, contribution strategy, and your options for the Thrift Savings Plan before and after retirement.

FEHB plan selection

Health premiums and plan options change every Open Season. We help you compare and choose the plan that actually fits your situation.

FEGLI coverage check

Many federal employees overpay for life insurance in retirement. See whether your FEGLI coverage still fits — and what your options are.

Early retirement options

If VERA or VSIP offers reach your agency, we'll help you understand what they mean for your timeline and your numbers.

A written game plan

You leave with a clear, personalized snapshot of your benefits — not a sales pitch. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.

Common questions

What to know before you book

Is the review really free?

Yes. The benefits review is completely free and comes with no obligation. If you decide there are products or strategies worth exploring afterward, that's entirely your choice — but the review itself costs you nothing.

Are you affiliated with the government or OPM?

No. We are an independent organization and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OPM, the U.S. Postal Service, or any government agency. We provide independent education and guidance to help you understand your own benefits.

How long does the review take?

Most reviews take about 30 minutes. You don't need to prepare anything in advance — just bring your questions. If it's helpful to have your benefits statements handy, great, but it's not required.

Do I have to buy anything?

Not at all. There's no purchase required and no pressure. The goal of the review is to make sure you understand your benefits and your options. What you do next is completely up to you.

I work for the Postal Service — is this the same thing?

We help postal employees too, but your benefits work a little differently under the new PSHB program. We have guidance built specifically for USPS and postal workers — just let us know when you book and we'll match you accordingly.

What happens after I submit the form?

A licensed consultant will reach out to confirm a time that works for you. From there, it's a simple conversation — phone or video — at your convenience.
